Anna received her PhD in Chemical Physics at Harvard University in May 2016. She conducted her thesis work in the laboratory of Professor Marko Lončar, where she focused on a high-throughput method for on-chip photonics using roll-to-roll processing of polymers. She is now in the laboratory of Joanna Aizenberg, developing self-assembled inverse opals for photonic and catalytic applications, working on other bio-inspired and bio-adjacent technologies, and leading several internal and outreach initiatives.
